I am a qualified psychotherapist, with 20 years experience working in the NHS, which includes 10 years specialising in Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
My Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Therapy was attained from University of Southampton.
I was born in the United Kingdom and raised in London. I have experience working with diverse communities within the city and the surrounding counties. Thus, meeting the specific psychological needs of my clients.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is evidence-based treatment recommended by The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)
CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings maintain a cycles of distress.
